Easter Egg Hunting!

The kids of course love to hunt for Easter Eggs.  We had a few opportunities to do this. These pictures are from the Ste. Gen Jaycees Hall Easter Egg hunt.

 EGGS!!

Ohh what goodies are inside these special eggs?  Quite a bit of candy, stickers, etc.

At home we made onion peel eggs with designs. Here you can see the clover nicely displayed.

Or course we had Easter egg hunting at Grandma's house as well.  Here is the crew that still hunts eggs. Jess, Anna and Chloe are just too old for it anymore.

 Ready to take off!

We had about 200 eggs out for the 9 kids that were looking.  You would have had to have been sleeping to not find an egg!

The proper technique to pick up an egg. A squat.

 All the Propst Grandkids!

 Dad and Broden hanging out.

Summer time fun

We have a barbie jeep, a Mini Mouse scooter and a green John Deer tractor for the kids to ride around on. Which one is Broden's favorite?  The barbie jeep of course.

 Such a sunny day out!

Having fun at the park.

The kids crawl up to the top, then Broden and Raya throw a fit because they cannot get back down. Kyrah knows to drop down in the middle.

On Earth Day we went to the Interpretive Center at Ste. Genevieve to make bird feeders. Raya is concentrating hard on her painting. Daddy sticks his tongue out too when he is thinking really hard. She must have gotten this habit from him.

A little Popsicle time at Grandma's and Grandpa's. They love crawling around on trailers and tractors.

We also had a small get together with our Naeger friends. Jodi thought it would be a fun idea to make a soda fountain with 7 up and Mentos. Pretty good fountain!
I think the kids were expecting something more...like fireworks display.
Picnic time on the back deck.
