On March 8th, Raya and Broden turned 2! Wow it does not seem like they have been around for 2 years, but the first year was sort of a blur...
Raya got a balloon cake - chocolate with white icing...
And Broden got a baseball cake white with white icing....
The cakes went to daycare with them to celebrate with their daycare friends. I brought home cupcakes to have with the famil. Broden took a big bite out of the number 2 wax candle... he didn't seem to notice a difference.
Not a very happy birthday girl here. They were both in a cranky mood in the evening - I think a little too much cake during the day.
The only one happy in a party hat is Kyrah!
Saturday morning on Mommy's day to sleep in this is what happened.
Kyrah and Mommy had to make a quick Wal-Mart shopping trip for groceries... turned into 2 hours and $200!!
Every morning on the way to daycare the kids sing songs to me. Kryah's favorite is "Mr. Turkey, Mr. Turkey are you getting very fat? People eat you on Thanksgiving, what do you think of that?" And Raya and Broden chime in on the words they know.
Broden did not like the clown's nose.
Kyrah thought the clowns poka-dot dress so "so pretty" and Raya rubbed the striped tights.
