So good at crawling
Chloe's Soccer Game & Park
She actually blends into the rocks with her snazzy leapord pants - it has a matching top, but it has long sleeves and the day warmed up so she was more comfortable in just a short sleeved onsie.

She thinks she is hot stuff sitting under the table!
We learned this morning that we need to go through the house and move some things. She crawled from our bedroom to the kitchen and started playing with Lupa's food.
Other fun things that she does is wave bye and hi, though she has done that for awhile now, and she will give you five - most of the time. We are working on blowing kisses, but that is proving very difficult. And she likes to make the Indian noise with her mouth - she will say something and we have to pat her mouth so it changes noise.
She also had another sad moment. She actually got sick for the first time this week. On Monday night she threw up at 1:30. I heard her make a little noise and I knew something was not right. I jumped out of bed and went over and the poor little peanut had thrown up all over herself and on her bed stuff. Dad came over and cleaned up the bed while I cleaned up Kyrah. There were green beans everywhere. Kyrah and I came out to the couch to sleep - I didn't want her to be alone. Then she threw up again at 2 - not very much, I guess there was just a little more badness left in her tummy. After that she finally slept well (on me). Then all week long the poor thing has had mushy poops. Daycare had to give her a bath one day she messed her pants so bad. That lasted pretty much Monday to Thursday. Thursday was a bit better so I am hoping it is all over. The good thing is that she never was cranky or upset, just not as peppy as usual. I really need to count myself lucky that she is 10 months today and has just now gotten sick. She must take after Dad on her immunities.

Labor Day Weekend
On Monday we went to the cabin to watch Grandpa work on building his new pond. It was a little cooler that day. The cabin is okay. It is about an hour away from our house in Perryville, MO. There is not a lot to do there, but the kids like it because they get to play in the pond (Grandpa built them a little beach area) and unless you like fishing you just pretty much sit around and talk or play a board game. This is what the older kids do all day at the cabin.
Here is Grandpa taking a break from the new pond giving Kyrah her bottle.
Daddy even let Kyrah drive the truck for a bit when we were going from the cabin to the new pond across the field. She liked this part. She is not crawling yet in the traditional crawl, although she has her own way to get from A to B. She does this odd hands down, one foot on the ground with her knee up and one knee on the ground sort of crawl. It is not fast, but she eventually gets to the toy she wants.
Yesterday I got to see our friend Michelle with her baby Ben who is 2 weeks older then Kyrah and Christie and Lillie. We all went to lunch, too bad Kyrah couldn't come, but maybe over Christmas when Ben and Michelle visit again. He is bigger then Kyrah - longer at least and weighs just a bit more. He is a cutie and doing all sorts of fun things. Lillie is growing as well. She is almost 4 weeks old and she looked so cute in her little girly outfit.

First Bo-Bo
I know it is a little hard to see but it is the red spot on her right cheak. It stayed bruised for about a week. I told her she was not allowed to have anymore bo-bos. They are too traumatic for me.
